Rhine Cruise: Strasbourg

For Day 2 of our Rhine cruise, we visited Strasbourg, France. We saw stork tree nests, European Union headquarters, mix of old and new, lovely canals with narrow alleys and half-timbered buildings, and Strasbourg Cathedral with its magnificent stained glass, carvings, arches, and astronomical clock. Then we returned to our Viking longship, which sailed overnight to our next destination at Heidelberg, Germany.
