They won the Grammy Album of the Year in 2011 for “Suburbs”, as well as nominations for Alternative Album of the Year for “Suburbs” (2011), Neon Bible” (2008), and “Funeral” (2006).

Their album “Reflektor” (2013), included the song “Supersymmetry” from the Her movie soundtrack.  The music for the film was composed by Arcade Fire, and they were nominated for “Best Original Score” at the 2014 Academy Awards.
